11月10日，歐盟委員會宣布，建議執(zhí)行新的機動車排放環(huán)保法規(guī)Euro 7。這一標準適用于所有在道路上行駛的機動車，將取代以前單獨針對小汽車、面包車的Euro 6和針對卡車和公共汽車的Euro VI排放法規(guī)。
新的Euro 7法規(guī)除了對機動車尾氣排放提出更高的要求外，還首次為制動和輪胎磨損顆粒物造成的空氣污染也設(shè)置了標準，重型車輛一氧化二氮的排放也首次被列入。
Euro 7法規(guī)歐盟加速向可持續(xù)和智能交通轉(zhuǎn)變的承諾的一部分，也是歐盟綠色協(xié)議的一部分，將為所有汽油和柴油汽車、面包車、卡車和公共汽車，包括電動汽車提出更嚴格的排放標準。
接下來該提案將提交歐洲議會和理事會，以供立法通過。
